HAN’S FEAR

“I would never do this for anyone but you,” Han Solo grimaced and sat in the chair.

“Oh, don’t be such a child. It won’t hurt a bit.” Leia talked to him as he were a scared child.

“You’re awfully sure of yourself.”

She sighed. “Yes, I am. Now be still.”

A few minutes later, she handed him a small hand mirror. He turned this way and that, finally nodding his approval.

“See? A haircut never hurt anyone and you’re not a scruffy looking nerf herder any more. Well, not so scruffy anyway. The rest I’m not too sure of!”

It's me again.

My gouty foot felt a tad better today so I hobbled around a bit more cleaning up and such while Larry did groceries and banking. He's such a sweetie! I hope to get a shoe on again this weekend. :/

I've been reading The Silmarillion in order to begin our discussion at read_tolkien. I need to find a few more people to lead the discussion for some of the chapters too. I had forgotten how entirely wierd the first bits are!

Also been working on a Babylon 5 Fandom update at universe_today. There are three of us who take turns. It's not a huge fandom but there are still some writers and two communities doing re-watches, which are great fun I think.

I've been writing my 28 drabbles and I do need some more prompts so if you can think of one, go Here and tell me what you'd like to read!
