Well, Jenny is still asleep so I'm updating and such. We've been having a blast. Yesterday we rode up on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia.

We visited Mabry Mill and had lunch at the little restaurant there. I am sure some photos will follow! :)

We went to Nancy's Candy Co. too and bought chocolate. We even saw them making chocolate. The smell there is divine!

We shopped at a little country mercantile type store, where you can buy clothes candy, collectibles and food! It was fun. I found overalls for my cousin's expected soon son. And a capri pants set for me.

In other news, my wound is getting smaller... from an original 9 inches and a 2-3 inch depth to about 2 and a half inches long to a depth of less than half an inch. I am still taking blood thinners and my hair is almost gone now. I have cute little bill caps of many colors and have decided to wig shop when it gets cooler outside. The hair will supposedly come back when I stop the blood thinner. We shall see.

Hmm... time to make a pot of coffee... Larry is up.
