Day 9 - Irish Food for St. Patrick's Day

Every year, I try to make some Irish food for St. Patrick's Day. And drink a wee dram of Irish Whiskey while I'm at it. I make a mean soda bread and in past years, we've had a Cottage Pie, which is a variation on Shepherd's Pie and Irish Stew made with beef instead of lamb, since good lamb is hard to get here. Not sure I want to do corned beef and cabbage because I've not usually liked corned beef much when I've tried it.

What are some nice Irish recipes you recommend? I will post my recipes to both journals this week too so you can try them if you wish. I think I have to find and type them first! :)
