Long time, no see

luin77 has been visiting me the last three weeks and she went home yesterday so I'm back. We had a great time. We cooked and ate and watched America's Top Models and shopped and she and Larry painted and then put up my new book shelves.

And did I say we ate? We did. We had Greek food, Janpanese food, = steaks, hot dogs, food at a Sonic Drive-in, ice cream, ribs, bbq, grilled chicken, grilled hamburgers, chocolate cake, strawberry cake, risotto, deviled eggs, bagels, Krispy Kreme douhgnuts, Subway cookies, watermelon, fresh strawberries.

We built a bear with Shina and Miss Lydian. We fed Shina sushi and she gave Larry eel sushi. He said it was godawful but he ate it. We cooked out on the grill with Lydian too. We had mother's day with our friend Pam and her lovely family. We painted cups with Ceramic pens. We shopped at the Mall, Walmart, A Tanger outlet mall, another local mall, Mast General Store, a dress shop and Barnes and Noble.

We worked. Jenny and Larry painted the living room and put up my new bookcases and curtains, then we cleaned some in the study. It looks like a mess but we did get a really good start and I got new bookcases for the study too. When we get it done, it's going to look great.

I'm tired now and am going to take it easy for a couple of days then write my scifibigbang fic and catch up on my reading and such!
