ONLY YESTERDAY

Seeing Orlando again after all these years was strange, thought Viggo as he watched Bloom and his wife walk into the room. He had wondered if Orlando would come. A part of him had hoped not. He still wasn’t sure how he felt about the boy.

Even after all this time.

It seemed only yesterday, all those months they had spent together. The elf and the filthy human. He smiled. It seemed, too, as if it had never even happened.

Did Orlando ever think of him?

He caught Orlando’s eye and he knew. Nothing had really changed. Nothing at all.
