Been awhile
Sep. 8th, 2006 04:45 pmI am not dead, nor have aliens abducted me. Elves either, for that matter.
I have been trying to get Shina and Randy driving... as we got licenses for both of them this week! YAY! They have a car and they can drive. Wheee! I am giving Shina a baby shower next Saturday and have been trying to get that organized too. I realized the other day that I had not ever done such a thing and had no idea what I was doing. But I think we have most of it under control. I need to track down some tablecloths and order a cake a flowers then I think we're about ready... well, still gotta shop and such but I know what we're having...

larian on the 19th! I wish we were driving. I'd almost rather have a root canal than to fly. It's such a paralyzing fear that I'd stay home if I didn't want to see her so much! I hope she brings some chex mix! :) The West will never be the same.
Oh and the baby is due in late October! A baby... wow! I am hoping to be her surrogate grandma! Almost scares the crap out of me.
I havent written anything in a week or so... but I will! I have drabbles and stories to work on... just having a hard time fitting sleep into my days right now.
Anyway...that's my life these days!
