My new Obsession and other stuff

Well, I haven't written in awhile.

Days go by slowly but I have been writing some. Most of it is plotless smut but that seems to be what I write best anyway so I'm happy with it.

Been to a couple of movies. "Just like Heaven" was a sweet little romantic comedy. My mother LOVES romantic comedy and romance. She informed me that we will be seeing "Elizabethtown" when she saw the previews. She thinks Orlando is cute. Then I dragged Larry to see "Serenity". And I was lost! I LOVED it. I ordered Firefly too and am over halfway through it! How did I miss this little jewel? Well, it was only on a few weeks and I was probably angry that it took the place of my beloved Dark Angel. But Dayum, what a neat show. It has action, drama, comedy, eyecandy, mystery... and spaceships! I have managed a bit of Jayne/Mal slash(read: smut)and have this River/Jayne thing biting me too. Um, in case you haven't figured it out, Firefly/Serenity is my new obsession!

I got the Elves of Middle Earth! Yay! Like I needed more action figures to pile up in the basement! I'm thinking about selling some of my figures. Anyone interested?

Oh and I'm about to clean out some of my hardback boxes too... was thinking of offering them to my flist for the price of shipping... anyone interested? If so, I'll make a list of them and post it.

I am going to have guest(s) over Thanksgiving! Wheeeee! More details later! :)

Well, that's about it... I am heading out to Wallyworld in a bit to pick up KOH... so I can finish the fic I started several months ago. And to look at Marton!

"Blame it on the Rain" but oddly enough, there was no Elrohir so I think Brian Montgomery and Erestor...well, the movie version will do though he is prettier in my mind.

Hmmm... we used to go to this little steak place where the guy cut your steak at the table. He took it and it came back in a few minutes prepared perfectly with a crisp salad, perfect potato and wonderful crusty bread. And New York Style cheesecake for dessert. That would still be perfect.

3. If you were given $1000 to spend, but could only spend it in one store, which store would you chose and what would you buy? Hmmm... Borders or Barnes and Noble. BOOKS!
