alexcat | A new to me spam scam

I am Dmitriy Lukin I represent a top business executive in Russia. I have a very sensitive and private brief from this business executive to ask for your partnership to re-profile funds for investment in an offshore project such as oil and gas/real estate etc.

I will give the details, but in summary, the funds are in Western Europe. This is a legitimate transaction and this should not be mistaken to be any form of scam and if you have that intention do not write me back. You and I will agree on the best percentage for your management fees, if I am able to reach terms with you.
