9 Jan: Shop for Travel Day: What (if anything) do you usually buy before a trip (travel-size toiletries, magazines, snacks)? Toiletries mostly. Depends on how I travel and how long I'll be gone.

16 Feb: Almond Day: What is your favorite nut? I'm a southern girl. Pecans are the best. Nothing is better than pecan pie.

Pecan pie is the best. I haven't had it in years though. I don't know why it's not an option more places. Maybe I'll have to give in and make my own.

I rarely need to go shopping before a trip, but I'll admit to going shopping on a trip because I forgot to pack something. (This is why I don't need to shop before the trip because I now have at least four rolls of dentil floss, probably three or four deodorants, more toothbrushes than seem possible, and at least twice as much underwear as I need ... all because I forget to pack properly and frequently discover I've arrived without all the necessities so I have to go shopping on day one of the visit.)

I looooooove pecan pie, but my favorite nuts are cashews.
