So I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me, something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about, or something you've always been curious about but have never asked, or something completely silly that you'd like me to answer for kicks. No limits on the range of questions, either: ask me anything you want to know about, whether it's a fannish opinion or a question about a fic of mine or trivia about my real life or my thoughts on events in the offline world.

What MCU character did you like in movies, but not comics, or the other way around? For instance, I never liked Hawkeye in comics (had not read Fraction yet), but enjoyed him early on in the movies. (I have since flip-flopped, and Fraction Hawkeye is best!)

I was not a comic reader until after the MCI - growing up in the 60s and 70s, comic books were not a big thing here and I kinda never bothered much until I got into MCU and started reading some original Captain Americas from the 40s - the first ones. I've read quite a few since...most centered around either Cap and Tony or Black Widow. I did read some of the series in which Wanda goes mad and kills Vision, Hawkeye, and several others - I like her better as MCU Wanda but I'm a bit afraid she's heading down the same road there. (Avengers Disassembled).

I am not fond of Tony in the Ults series either.

I'm curious about your house - I know you live semi-rural, but is it a large house? Do you have a lot of land that you have to care for or animals that you care for? I've known you for years, but I've only known you through your fiction. I'd like to know a little bit more about you - the author. *hugs*

We live in a small county in North Carolina with 70k people. Our house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, den andstudy(it was a porch on the end of the house in the plans). It all one story and it's a light gray color. Though not a really large house, it's not small either - about 1700 Square feet. We live on a plot of about 4 acres... a little more than half woods. The house is off the road a couple hundred yards maybe. I own a farm around this plot that I inherited from my parents. It's fields with corn, hay or soy beans, whichever the farmer who lease it decide to plant. I live about half a mile from where I grew up.

That's so kewl! Living in the same area you grew up in. That's totally planting roots! I love that you have agriculture around you too. I think having things grow around you can only be beneficial in allowing your mind to fall into seasonal rhythms. Four acres is really a lot of land to a city girl like me. And the fact that you have woods on it is also marvelous. Thanks for sharing this with me. We've known each other for quite a few years now, but I never knew that about you before. *hugs*
