1 July: Author sign-ups close
1 August: Author check-in
1 September: Author check-in
21 September: Author rough drafts due (at least 80% complete)
24 September: Fic summaries go up for fanworkers to peruse
25 September noon eastern: Claiming opens
26 September 3PM eastern: Second claims open
1 October: Claims close; no more fanworker signups
30 October: Mandatory check-in for authors and artists; posting sign-ups open
14 November: Posting begins
17 December: Posting ends
