Challenge Drabble: All Talk

Notes: Written for the First Kiss challenge at the Pard.
Summary: Some people talk too much.

ALL TALK
Micah watched Jason’s lips move as he talked. And talked. The boy never seemed to stop it. He didn’t seem to care that Micah wasn’t hearing a word he said or that no one else was around to hear. He tried to concentrate. Jason was babbling something about Economics Class, his tongue darting out once in awhile to moisten his lips.
Micah leaned a little closer on the sofa but Jason was too busy chattering to notice. He stopped even trying to listen and kept his gaze fixed on Jason’s lips.
Suddenly Jason stopped talking and looked at Micah. He smiled at him and licked his lips again, this time in a rather blatantly sexual fashion. He never said another word but moved closer to Micah on the sofa, then closer still until their knees touched as they faced one another.
Jason leaned forward and touched his lips to Micah’s, a soft kiss that was over rather quickly, so quickly that Micah almost wondered if he had simply imagined it.
“I was about to run out of anything to talk about.”
“I was afraid you’d never stop talking. Kiss me again, dogboy.”
Jason was more than happy to oblige him.
