Word count

I suppose it's the two week thing but I have fallen behind. I realized several days ago that I will finish my story at about 25 to 30 thousand words and to be honest, I am not sure I can pad 20,000 words into it. If you've read my writing, you know to flower it up too much is just not me sooo I have no idea what is going to happen. I do know that I must stop stressing over it so much that I cry all the time.

My Yuletide Dear Santa thing (Alexcat)

Dear Santa,

I will tell you a bit about what I'd like in each story. I prefer to be surprised though. I am easy to please. Though I have written hundreds and hundreds of slash stories, I much prefer a good genfic. I want the characters to be in character too.

1) Cadfael (tv)
I do not seek anything romantic or slashy. I'd just love to read a nice murder mystery featuring my favorite Monk. Genfic is preferred.

2) Stardust (movie)
Enchant me with a fairy tale told in a voice much like Neil Gaiman's. I love romance but genfic is even better. What happened between the time Tristan becomes king and the end of his life. I really can't elaborate further.

3) Jurassic Park movies

Tell me about Alan and the dinosaurs. Romance is okay but genfic is great. Include any other characters you like. I am really interested in Dinosaurs and the adventure and awe of it all.
