Just a little report on life in the slow lane...
I got the stent out this weekend and can walk around much more comfortably now. I am beginning to feel like me more and more.
BUT my hair is falling out. I suppose it's some of the anesthesia or something but it's coming out. I guess if I go bald, I'll get a wig. Not life shattering but damned annoying!

larienelengasse betaed it since the other larian was on vacation. And it's been turned in! Yay! I feel rather accomplished. I've also been working on some drabbles but they need typing up before they can be posted. I usually do all my writing on the computer but sitting on the sofa is more comfortable. I need to drag my laptop to the sofa.
Larry is tired and depressed and he's also been a bit sick and I have no idea what to do to help. I know the stress is from taking care of me for such a long long time. And he's still having to do it, though not as much. I just keep trying to take care of myself more and more. You all send him some good thoughts and say a prayer for him if you pray.
luin77 will be arriving in 26 days! We plan on eating tacos, steaks, pineapple and shopping at Borders and Walmart(she loves Walmart) and sitting on the sofa a lot! Yay!
I misslarian while she is vacationing with her family. I hope she won lots of money in Deadwood! LW is usually a help for that though I think she needs Larry around to help her win big! :) Maybe we can do Deadwood again someday.
spacebee, I don't hear from you nearly enough! I miss you! *hugs* How's Houston? Dan?
Larry and I need a vacation but money is tight right now. We do have some free nights at a Hampton Inn since he stayed there on business and joined their little club thing so I guess we just need to decide which one to stay in for about 3 nights. I'm thinking somewhere in Virginia. I love that state. It's closeby and has so much history and wonderful mountains and some lovely people live there too. Besides, I need some new postcards for Sarah and Jessie and my new friend Gayle.
Time to get some food and head to Walmart for some meds, groceries and such. Later!
